Ingredients (For One 8-Ounce Bottle)

Base

• 8 ounces gentle sulfate-free shampoo (unscented preferred)

Active Addition

• 20–25 drops tea tree essential oil (this equals about 1% dilution)

Optional Supporting Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel

• ½ teaspoon vegetable glycerin

• 5 drops peppermint essential oil (optional cooling boost)

• 5 drops lavender essential oil (optional calming effect)

Understanding Dilution

For scalp use, 1% dilution is generally considered safe for most adults.

1% dilution = about 20 drops essential oil per 8 ounces (240 ml).

Using only 5 drops in an entire bottle is extremely mild.

If adding 5 drops per wash directly into palm, results vary depending on shampoo volume.

Select a shampoo that is:

• Sulfate-free
• Silicone-free
• Mild and balanced
• Fragrance-light

This allows the tea tree oil to work without interference.
