Head of shredded cabbage

4 small cucumbers
2 green pepper(I leave these out because I don’t care for them)
1 large red onion
1 bunch radish
1/2 bunch celery
DRESSING
1 Cup oil
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 cup white vinegar
10-12 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
