A Gentle Morning Infusion for Metabolic Support (Inspired by Traditional Ingredients)

The Morning Infusion Recipe (Simple + Practical)

Ingredients (Basic Version)

  • 1 liter water

  • 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus (jamaica)

  • 6–8 whole cloves

  • 3–4 bay leaves (fresh or dried)

Optional Add-On

  • A small amount of cleaned, grated avocado seed (optional and with caution)

How to Prepare

  1. Add water to a pot.

  2. Add hibiscus, cloves, and bay leaves.

  3. Bring to a light boil, then simmer 10 minutes.

  4. Turn off heat, cover, and steep 10 more minutes.

  5. Strain. Let it cool slightly.

If Using Avocado Seed (Optional)

  • Wash the seed well.

  • Grate a small portion (start small).

  • Add it to the warm infusion and let it sit 20 minutes, or steep overnight in the fridge.
