The Morning Infusion Recipe (Simple + Practical)
Ingredients (Basic Version)

1 liter water

1 tablespoon dried hibiscus (jamaica)

6–8 whole cloves
-
3–4 bay leaves (fresh or dried)
Optional Add-On

A small amount of cleaned, grated avocado seed (optional and with caution)
How to Prepare

Add water to a pot.

Add hibiscus, cloves, and bay leaves.

Bring to a light boil, then simmer 10 minutes.

Turn off heat, cover, and steep 10 more minutes.

Strain. Let it cool slightly.
If Using Avocado Seed (Optional)

Wash the seed well.

Grate a small portion (start small).

Add it to the warm infusion and let it sit 20 minutes, or steep overnight in the fridge.
